The house is extended to two floors, adds a driveway and Filthy Monster barrier, and compartmentalizes the upstairs and the kitchen. The Master bedroom is large enough for a double bed, and the other three bedrooms are sized to accomodate single beds only.

table.

Zeitstall Laboratories is a Community Lot that, when placed in a Neighborhood
and Unowned, will allow your Sims to visit and obtain Cowplant Elixir without killing
any Sims, at your convenience. Also includes a Restaurant, Grocery Bins, and
an Electronics Kiosk.

Community Business Lots
These lots vary from the standard Community Lots in that they're
primarily intended to function as owned Businesses under Open for Business.
While most of them can be used without having a Sim on and run the lot, certain
changes may be desirable, such as removing employee breakrooms, or employee
service doors to the bathrooms.
Chili Witch! Diner & Take-Out : Restaurant

Community Factory Lots
These lots are a subset of Community Business Lots, designed to have employees produce large amounts of crafted items so that the playable Sim doesn't have to. A discussion of the utility of factory lots can be found in the article "Supply and Demand: The Factory Factor."
Craft Factorial Pack: Toy, Robot, and Flower Factories

The Craft Factorial Pack is a trio of almost-identical dedicated Factory and ChessParlor lot designed so that, when staffed with Gold Badged Employees, one may produce Robots, Flowers, or Toys for the owner's inventory. Each lot costs roughly $33,000.
